Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight on regional routes (400–500 miles from Wooster, OH). Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight; maintain HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA paperwork; verify bills of lading and collect signatures; plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep equipment clean. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to communicate professionally with customers and dispatch; teamwork is essential.
