Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport general commodities and specialized cargo on regional routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight); maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation; verify bills of lading and obtain signatures. Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup/delivery windows, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and communicate professionally with customers and dispatch. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- High School Diploma or GED
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- TWIC card preferred not required
