Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally (Dry Van) including hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo; maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation; verify bills of lading and collect signatures; plan routes and schedules to meet delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance; ensure paperwork is complete and accurate; strong safety focus, time management, and professional customer communication; driver should be reliable, accountable, and a team player.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
