Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to haul regional freight (dry freight) within 400–500 miles of Wooster, OH. Responsibilities include completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, unloading/loading cargo, securing loads (including hazmat), maintaining DOT/FMCSA documentation, logging Hours of Service, and coordinating routes to meet delivery windows. Must possess a valid Class A CDL and a High School Diploma or GED; HazMat endorsement preferred but not required. Duties also cover basic vehicle maintenance, paperwork accuracy, and professional customer communication.
