Job Summary
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to haul regional freight, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading/unloading, and following hazmat procedures. Maintain HOS logs, verify bills of lading, and plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows. Perform basic vehicle maintenance, and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Must have a valid Class A CDL, High School diploma or GED; HazMat endorsement preferred not required; TWIC preferred not required; able to pass DOT/FMCSA physicals. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, time management, and team collaboration on regional dry-van lanes.
