Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional routes (400–500 miles from Wooster, OH) to transport freight, load/unload, and ensure hazmat/temperature-sensitive freight handling. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation, verify bills of lading, plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and conduct basic vehicle maintenance. Must have a valid Class A CDL and a High School diploma or GED; HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required; TWIC card preferred but not required. Strong time management, clear communication with customers and dispatch, and a team-focused approach are essential.
