Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally, including general commodities and hazmat/temperature-sensitive cargo. Responsibilities include completing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, loading and securing cargo, maintaining DOT/FMCSA paperwork and logs, verifying bills of lading, planning routes to meet delivery windows, performing basic vehicle maintenance, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries. Key qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, High School diploma or GED, ability to meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements, and preferred HazMat endorsement.
