Job Summary
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional Dry Van routes (Hartville, OH) hauling freight with a focus on safety and schedule adherence. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight as applicable), maintain accurate HOS logs, verify bills of lading, coordinate with dispatch to meet pickup/delivery windows, and conduct basic on-road maintenance. Maintain professional communication with customers and drive teams; manage time effectively to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient routing. Eligible drivers earn mileage-based pay with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
