Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally, including general and specialized cargo with hazmat or temperature-sensitive loads. Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, secure and inspect cargo, maintain accurate DOT/FMCSA logs, verify bills of lading, and plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows. Requires safety-conscious, reliable, and communicative teamwork with customers and dispatch. High school diploma or GED required; CDL-A with HazMat endorsement preferred not required; TWIC card preferred not required; DOT/FMCSA physicals required.
