Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight across regional lanes, including general commodities and hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo; maintain accurate HOS logs and required DOT/FMCSA documentation; verify bills of lading and collect signatures; plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance; professional, safety-conscious, and team-oriented driving with a dedicated home-time pattern (home every weekend) on regional routes. Competitive pay structure with starting compensation at 25% of line haul and increases to 28% after 90 days, plus additional pay for stops, detention, holiday pay, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation). What We’re Looking For: reliable, accountable, safety-focused drivers with strong time management, clear communication, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL — required.
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- TWIC card preferred not required.
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
