Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally (regional lanes, 400–500 miles from Wooster, OH). Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load, secure and inspect cargo (hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight as applicable), maintain HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA paperwork, verify bills of lading, plan routes to meet delivery windows, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Must have a Valid Class A CDL; HazMat endorsement preferred but not required; HS Diploma or GED; ability to meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements; strong safety mindset and teamwork.
