Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional dry-van lanes from Wooster, OH, transporting freight and specialized cargo. Responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and securing cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight), maintaining DOT/FMCSA documentation and HOS logs, planning routes and schedules to meet pickup/delivery windows, basic vehicle maintenance, and communicating professionally with customers and dispatch. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, time management, teamwork, and strong customer service.
