Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally (Dry Van). Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo (hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight as needed); maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation; verify bills of lading and signatures; plan routes to meet delivery windows; conduct basic vehicle maintenance; communicate professionally with customers and dispatch; focus on safety, reliability, and timely deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL — required
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
