CDL A Regional Truck Drivers

Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional routes (roughly 400–500 miles from Wooster, OH) to transport freight, following DOT/FMCSA requirements. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo (hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight as needed); maintain accurate HOS logs and Bills of Lading; plan routes and schedules to meet pickup/delivery windows; assist with paperwork and basic vehicle maintenance; communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Compensation includes mileage pay with rates based on experience, bonus opportunities, weekly home time, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
