Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional routes (400–500 miles from Wooster, OH) to transport freight, conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections, secure cargo including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight, maintain DOT/FMCSA logs and paperwork, and plan routes to meet delivery windows. Requires a valid Class A CDL, HS diploma or GED, ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance, and strong time management and customer-service skills. Compensation includes mileage pay with tiered rates ($0.54–$0.56 per mile base + $0.04 safety bonus), weekly minimum earnings around $1,350, bonuses, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits; HazMat certification is provided at company cost and other benefits include 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays.
