Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional routes (400–500 miles from Wooster, OH) transporting dry freight and hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load/secure cargo, maintain DOT/FMCSA logs and required documentation, and ensure timely pickup/delivery. Maintain equipment, assist with basic maintenance, and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements; HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required; TWIC card preferred not required. Strong emphasis on safety, time management, and team collaboration with a customer-focused approach.
