Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport regional freight, including general commodities and hazmat, with home weekends. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo, report defects, maintain DOT/FMCSA logs, verify bills of lading, and plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows. Maintain basic vehicle and equipment checks, perform preventive maintenance as needed, and communicate effectively with customers and dispatch. Benefit offerings include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation, hazmat certification support, and a competitive hourly pay structure with overtime.
