Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport regional freight, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, load/secure cargo including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight, maintain DOT/FMCSA paperwork and hours-of-service logs, plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and conduct basic vehicle maintenance. Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to communicate professionally with dispatch and customers; teamwork is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- HazMat endorsement preferred not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card preferred not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
