Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport general and specialized freight, including hazmat or temperature-sensitive cargo, on regional routes with home time on weekends. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo, and maintain required DOT/FMCSA documentation. Verify bills of lading, collect signatures, plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and perform basic vehicle maintenance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation, HazMat certification cost coverage, and paid overtime for all driver types. Starting pay structure includes 25% of line haul with increases to 28% after 90 days; additional pay for stops, detention, and other allowances.
