Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading/securing cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight), maintaining HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA paperwork, planning routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and performing basic vehicle maintenance. Demonstrates reliability, safety-consciousness, strong time management, and clear communication with customers and dispatch; must be a team player and comply with company safety guidelines. HazMat endorsement preferred but not required; TWIC card preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required.
