Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight), maintain HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation, verify documents, plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows, and perform basic vehicle maintenance. Requires safety-conscious, reliable teamwork, clear communication with customers and dispatch, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
