Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight regionally, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; load, secure, and inspect cargo (including hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight); maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA paperwork; plan routes to meet pickup/delivery windows; perform basic vehicle maintenance; be reliable, safety-conscious, and a clear communicator; must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Class A CDL, with HazMat endorsement preferred. The role emphasizes regional freight, weekend home time varies by route, and a structured pay/benefits package.
