Job Summary
Operate Class A CDL reefer trucks on regional routes across California, Nevada, and Arizona, handling live loads and preloaded freight with an average of one load per day and three turns weekly. Manage fuel for both truck and refrigeration equipment while running power lanes to maximize miles and earnings within a 3-state operating area. Work 34-hour weekly resets with frequent routing back through home terminals, covering day and night shifts including weekends and holidays. The role offers weekly home time opportunities and consistent freight in hubs like Jurupa Valley, Lathrop, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Mesa. Starting pay is approximately $0.55 CPM, increasing to $0.61 CPM by Month 6 with additional bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must live within approved hiring radius (70 miles of hiring cities)
- Must be comfortable operating reefer equipment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
