Job Summary
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections while monitoring hours of service and maintaining accurate logs. Transport freight across California and Arizona on a multi-stop regional route, verifying load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery to ensure customer records match yours. Represent your client professionally at every location, maintain equipment cleanliness, and report mechanical issues promptly. Drivers average 3.5 loads, nine stops, and roughly 1,650 miles weekly with a weekly home time. Hiring is limited to candidates within 120 miles of Phoenix, AZ, or 150 miles of Colton, CA, requiring a valid CDL-A and three months of verifiable experience.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements
- hold a current DOT medical certification
- An acceptable motor vehicle record
