Job Summary
CDL-A Regional Truck Driver needed to operate tractor/trailer per DOT regulations, delivering medical equipment to hospitals on multi-stop routes with white-glove service. Responsibilities include maintaining logs and trip reports, performing pre/post-trip inspections, communicating delivery issues, unloading/loading equipment (including hospital beds, cots, crib tables, furniture), using cranes for offload, and adhering to safety bonuses and benefits. Routes cover Lower Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Requires strong customer service and the ability to handle pallet-jack operations and multi-stop deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Must have CDL-A
- Must have 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Good driving record
- Must be able to pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- Must have strong, excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to push, pull, and remove equipment from racks and position equipment in designated area
- Pallet-jack experience preferred
