Job Summary

CDL A Regional Truck Driver responsible for operating tractor/trailer in accordance with DOT regulations to transport product from Distribution Centers to hospital destinations. Deliver and unload/load medical equipment (beds, mattresses, ambulance cots, crib, furniture, etc.) with white-glove service across MS, AL, GA, TN, NC, SC, FL Pan Handle. Maintain logs, complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, communicate delivery issues, and perform multi-stop deliveries with possible crane-assisted unloading. Requires strong customer service, ability to handle equipment handling tasks, and adherence to safety standards. Compensation includes $28/hour, per diem for overnights, weekly pay, safety bonus, and benefits; overtime layover pay excluded.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have CDL-A
  • Must have 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission
  • Good driving record
  • Must be able to pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
  • Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
  • Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service preferred but is NOT required
  • Must have strong, excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to push, pull, and remove equipment from racks and position equipment in designated area
  • Pallet-jack experience preferred
