Job Summary
Regional Class A driver role operating tractor/trailer to transport products from distribution centers to hospitals, delivering white-glove medical equipment (beds, cots, pediatric cribs, furniture) under DOT regulations. Responsibilities include performing full pre/post-trip inspections, maintaining logs and reports, unloading/loading at hospitals, communicating delivery issues to management, and adhering to safety bonuses and weekly pay. Requires CDL-A, 2 years recent tractor-trailer experience, ability to operate manual transmission, strong customer service and communication skills, and ability to handle equipment handling tasks and pallet-jack use. Required Qualifications
- Must have CDL-A
- Must have 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Good driving record
- Must be able to pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service preferred but is NOT required
- Stable employment history
- Must have strong, excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to push, pull, and remove equipment from racks and position equipment in designated area
- Pallet-jack experience preferred
