Job Summary
Regional Class A Driver delivers medical equipment to hospitals with white-glove, multi-stop loads. Operates tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintains logs, and communicates delivery issues. Covers Lower Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia with overnight stays and per-diem pay; benefits include medical/dental/vision, holidays, PTO, 401K match, and tuition reimbursement. Equipment includes cranes and pallet-jacks for loading/unloading; role involves unloading/loading and hospital dock work.
Required Qualifications
- Must have CDL-A.
- Must have 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the past 7 years.
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
- Good driving record.
- Must be able to pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical.
- Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record.
- Prior delivery experience: White glove delivery service preferred but is NOT required.
- Stable employment history.
