Job Summary
Regional Class A Driver responsible for operating tractor/trailer to transport product from Distribution Centers to hospital destinations, delivering and unloading/load of medical equipment (beds, cots, pediatric items, furniture) with white-glove service. Maintain logs and trip reports, perform full pre-trip and post-trip inspections, communicate delivery issues to management, and execute multi-stop deliveries across Lower MI, IN, OH, KY, IL, Western PA, and WV. Requires CDL-A, 2 years’ verifiable driving experience, ability to operate a manual transmission, good driving record, and compliance with DOT drug screen/physical requirements. Strong customer service and the ability to handle equipment handling tasks (pallet jacks, crane-assisted unloading) are essential. Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the past 7 years
- ability to operate a manual transmission
- good driving record
- ability to pass background check, DOT drug screen, and DOT physical
- must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record
- strong, excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to push, pull, and remove equipment from racks and position equipment in designated area
- pallet-jack experience preferred
