Job Summary
Regional and OTR CDL-A truck driver roles with home time options and a family-owned culture. The role involves operating tractor-trailers on regional routes with weekend home time or on OTR routes with home every other weekend, across a large freight network from Kansas to New Jersey and beyond. Earn $65,000-$75,000 per year regionally, or participate in OTR with per-mile pay (0.60 CPM) and an orientation pay of $1,000, plus eligible bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, maintaining a good MVR and work history, compliance with regulations, pre-trip inspections, and working with dispatch to meet schedules. Qualifying drivers should have 6 months of tractor-trailer experience and meet age and background requirements, with access to health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary coverage options.
Required Qualifications
- Current CDL-A
- At least 23 years of age
- 6 months' tractor trailer driving experience
- Good MVR and work history
- No drug misdemeanors within 5 years
- No felonies within 10 years
