Job Summary
Operate 100% no-touch dry van loads across 11 Western states on steady regional circuits. Complete a 4 to 6-week paid on-road mentorship program covering trip planning, Western terrain navigation, and safety protocols if launching your career, or leverage high-tier performance bonuses up to $0.08 CPM as an experienced driver. Maintain compliance with DOT physicals, drug screenings, and MVR/PSP evaluations while holding a valid Class A CDL and minimum 21 years of age. Enjoy reliable bi-weekly home time and full medical, dental, and vision plans after 30 days. Submit credentials to begin screening and receive a $300 orientation incentive upon first solo settlement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 6+ months of verifiable OTR experience
- 120+ hours from an accredited CDL institution
