CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Drive regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate in true regional lanes with terminals throughout the operating area to ensure fair, predictable pay. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, with additional incentives including a $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, $150 layover pay per 24-hour period, and $25/hr detention pay after two hours. Receive extra stop pay of $25 per stop. After 90 days, gain access to health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation ranging from one to three weeks based on tenure.
