CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah as a CDL-A driver. Operate between terminals throughout the operating area within true regional lanes rather than coast-to-coast routes. Receive starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Earn $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Collect layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period, detention pay of $25/hour after two hours, and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
