Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area with straightforward pay of 55 CPM plus a 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling up to 60.5 CPM. Earn $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, plus layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hr after two hours. Receive extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
