CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lane deliveries across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah using a CDL-A. Operate between company terminals throughout the operating area while maintaining fair, predictable pay structures. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, with additional incentives including $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Complete paid orientation for $150 and qualify for health, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days.
