Job Summary
Operate as a CDL-A driver on regional Southwest lanes covering Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Perform daily deliveries from company terminals while adhering to a straightforward pay structure including $55 CPM base plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, $500 transition bonus, and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Earn layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period, detention pay of $25/hr after two hours, and extra stop pay of $25 per stop.
