CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Drive regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area while maintaining straight regional routes rather than coast-to-coast hauls. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, with additional incentives including a $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay of $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
