Job Summary
Operate a CDL-A vehicle on regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Drive between company terminals throughout the operating area while adhering to a straightforward pay structure. Earn up to 60.5 CPM including a 5.5¢/mile bonus, plus $500 transition, $2,500 retention, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay after two hours and extra stop pay. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
