CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Operate a CDL-A vehicle in regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Deliver freight to terminals throughout the operating area while adhering to a straightforward pay structure including starting compensation of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Earn additional incentives such as a $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay of $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Enjoy health, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation based on tenure.
