Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah as a CDL-A driver. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area within true regional lanes rather than coast-to-coast routes. Receive starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, alongside a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Earn layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period, detention pay of $25/hour after two hours, and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation ranging from one to three weeks based on tenure.
