CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Operate a CDL-A vehicle in regional Southwest lanes covering Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Drive between company terminals with a focus on true regional routes rather than coast-to-coast hauls. Earn a base rate of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, with additional incentives including a $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
