CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Operate a CDL-A vehicle on regional Southwest lanes covering Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Navigate to terminals throughout the operating area for straightforward regional deliveries. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus a 5.5¢/mile bonus, with additional incentives including a $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Receive detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Qualifications include a CDL-A license and valid medical card. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
