CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lane driving across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with terminals throughout the operating area. Operate as a CDL-A driver on straightforward routes featuring true regional lanes rather than coast-to-coast trips. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, along with $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, layover pay of $150/24-hr period, and detention pay of $25/hr after two hours. Receive extra stop pay of $25/stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6%, paid vacation based on tenure, and paid orientation of $150.
