Job Summary
Drive regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah for Updike Distribution Logistics. Operate in true regional lanes with terminals throughout the operating area. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, alongside a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Receive layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hour after two hours. Claim extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with a 401(k) match up to 6%.
