CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lane operations across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah using a CDL-A. Manage straight regional routes with terminals throughout the operating area to ensure predictable delivery. Receive $55 CPM starting rate plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM, alongside $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Earn $150 per 24-hour layover period, $25/hr detention pay after two hours, and $25 per extra stop. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
