CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah in a straight-shipping carrier. Operate from terminals throughout the operating area with fair, predictable pay. Earn starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Receive $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Claim detention pay of $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Qualifications include a CDL-A license. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days, with 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation based on tenure.
