Operate as a CDL-A driver on regional Southwest lanes covering Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Complete terminal-to-terminal runs with predictable pay structure and quick application process. Receive $500 transition bonus, $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, and layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period. Earn detention pay at $25/hr after two hours and extra stop pay of $25 per stop.
