Job Summary
Conduct regional deliveries across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah using a CDL-A license. Operate from terminals throughout the Southwest lanes with a focus on straightforward, predictable routes. Receive starting pay of 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, alongside $500 transition and $2,500 retention bonuses. Earn layover pay at $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay at $25/hr after two hours. Qualify for health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, plus a 401(k) match up to 6% and paid vacation.
