Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Operate between company terminals with fair, predictable pay structures. Receive $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Earn $55 CPM starting rate plus up to 5.5¢/mile bonus, totaling 60.5 CPM. Collect layover pay of $150 per 24-hour period and detention pay of $25/hr after two hours. Claim extra stop pay of $25 per stop. Enjoy health, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid vacation.
