Job Summary
Conduct regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah with a CDL-A license. Operate between company terminals throughout the operating area while earning 55 CPM plus up to 5.5¢/mile, totaling 60.5 CPM. Collect available bonuses including $500 transition, $2,500 retention at 180 days, $150 per 24-hour layover, $25/hr detention after two hours, and $25 per extra stop. Receive health, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and 1–3 weeks of paid vacation based on tenure.
